Exclamations Some exclamations are given below. The meaning of the Exclamations. Adjectives Order before nouns When several adjectives come before a noun , they are put in more or less fixed order . Fronting- in sentence structure

Froting  A ffirmative sentences most often begin with the grammatical subject. If we begin a sentence with something fronting this is often to make it  the topic,the thing we  are talking about ,even though it is not the  grammatical subject. This can also move the main information to the end. Fronting is common in speech  Eg: This question we  have already discussed at some length. The thick bit is a fronting. People like that  I can't stand . The underlined is a fronting. *Question word clauses are also often fronted. When should I get a chance I know it properly. Readbi english Read link verbs Link verbs. Definition:  The verbs which are used to join an adjective or noun complement to a subject are called " Link verbs". These are called copular verbs or copulas verbs. Common examples . be,seem,appear,look sound,smell,taste,feel become,get. Eg:The car looks  fast. 2.I do feel  a fool. 3.The stew smells  good. 4.The weather is horrible. Adjectives after link verbs. After link verbs we use adjectives not adverbs. Eg:He spoke intelligently.      He seems intelligent. In the above sentences Intelligently is a adverb. Intelligent is a adjective. So "seem" is a link verb.
