Those main verbs are called Regular verb:  when a verb follows the regular pattern of past tense formation with 'ed'(or d or t) with or without vowel change ,it is called a regular verb or a Weak verb. Irregular verb : A  verb    which forms it's past tense without the regular "ed" suffix is called a irregular verb.  When there is change in the  Vowel it is called a strong verb.
